Julien Bolard is the founder and director of ProEvolution Academy, the most respected football academy in Malta, known for its athlete development model and successful placement of players into European clubs.
With extensive experience in sports management, Julien has built a career marked by outstanding results in youth development and strategic collaborations with clubs and international institutions.
His leadership at ProEvolution has helped launch the careers of players from various countries into European leagues. His commitment to high-quality training and global inclusion is also a foundational value of LoveLifeSports.
Julien is fluent in French and English and has knowledge of Spanish, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders.
He is primarily responsible for the global expansion of LoveLifeSports, building institutional partnerships, and leading projects with academies and clubs across borders.
Wallace Oliveira Santos Junior
Co-Founder & General Director
Former professional footballer with international experience and deep knowledge of the global football industry.
Wallace began his career in Brazil, where he developed a strong technical foundation.
After several years in the domestic scene, he expanded his journey into European football, where he has now been active for over 12 years. During this time, he has played for multiple clubs and built a vast network of players, coaches, agents, and executives.
His professional background spans seven different countries, giving him a strategic and multicultural understanding of the sport. Wallace is polyglot that speaks English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, and intermediate French—allowing him to communicate and negotiate with a wide range of clients and partners.
Beyond his on-field experience, Wallace is known for generating meaningful career opportunities and connecting emerging talents with clubs and projects around the world.
At LoveLifeSports, he oversees daily operations, talent recruitment, international negotiations, and strategic partnerships with clubs and academies.
Jean Lopes
Co-Founder, Scouter & Technical Director
Former football and futsal player, UEFA-licensed coach, and recognized technical leader in European football.
Jean Lopes is one of the technical pillars of LoveLifeSports. With many years of experience as a player and coach in Europe, Jean currently serves as the UEFA-licensed head coach of the Valletta FC women’s team in Malta.
He was also the technical director of ProEvolution and the official scouter of LoveLifeSports, responsible for talent identification and athlete development.
Jean focuses on the evaluation, formation, and international projection of players.
He speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish, allowing him to work closely with athletes of various backgrounds.
